This award highlights the challenges associated with returning to work following maternity leave or a career break.
Entries should have in the previous two years returned to work. The judges will be looking for results and the impact the winner has had on their organisation since returning to the workplace. This award applies to any individual who has been working in the industry for 2 years or less and who has shown exceptional promise and made a significant impact.
